Relationship Awareness: This is a unique workshop and system to help employees work together more effectively
by identifying an individual's strengths in relation to others under two conditions: 1) when things are going well, and 2)
when faced with opposition or conflict. This program helps people value and use each other's skills. It is a "non-judgmental"
inventory that focuses on the positive aspects of motivational values and their related behaviors. Applications include:
