Personal and Interpersonal Development

Being the total professional means knowing who we are and what we want. It means trusting ourselves and our goals while respecting those around us. It means being able to interact with a variety of personalities and work styles.

What we do:

Best Year Yet: We offer a workshop (with coaching) for individuals and teams to increase personal and business potential, overcome limitations, set powerful and effective goals and guidelines for moving forward. Using our "Best Year Yet" system of achievement, we help people:
  • Pinpoint personal/employee/team strengths
  • Overcome limited thinking and processes
  • Assess and define roles and responsibilities
  • Empower the direction of success
  • Track their steps and accomplishments through monthly check-ins

What clients say...

"This program changed the course of my career (as well as my personal life) and I have used the principles to get focus at the beginning of each new year or gain clarity in problem solving." - Randy Gray, Genesys Sales Manager

Relationship Awareness: This is a unique workshop and system to help employees work together more effectively by identifying an individual's strengths in relation to others under two conditions: 1) when things are going well, and 2) when faced with opposition or conflict. This program helps people value and use each other's skills. It is a "non-judgmental" inventory that focuses on the positive aspects of motivational values and their related behaviors. Applications include:

  • Career development
  • Conflict management
  • Team Building
